zZ sprained my left foot during PE today >< V pain + swellen.

My mum brought me to see a Chinese Physician who said its someing ( i dun understand i duno wad it is ) dislocate. So he help me locate it back , leaving me the most painful experience in my life.. Well its true.. Breathing hard helps relief some pain.. He oso said it is swellen becoz itside of it a blood vessel bursted.. The swell is the blood ><

Well he advised me to take a 30mins ice water bath every 3 hrs and i shud recover fully by monday =D As for tmr... i not quite sure if i can go ><
