Had the nastiest moment of my life. Ytd coz the water was not yet ice, i had no choice but to soak my ankle in cold water. Today was nasty.. 2 BIG blocks of ice in the pail of water. It was so cold my foot was aching inside.. and i had to put there for 30mins....

After taking it out, it was not any better.. My foot was super cold... and it turned red when i took it out of the ice water.. V RED! Touching my foot feels lyk i put my hand in the freezer.. OMG... abt 2 more days of dis.. Dis is a pain recovery process..

ARGH y cant i walk?! I wan go band! at home so sian =.=
